Wet Glaze 2.0 is a pure gloss enhancer. It isn't a polish and it sure isn't a glaze like you have ever used before. It has been formulated for increased depth, gloss, and dripping wet reflections!

Wet Glaze 2.0 is made with acrylic polymers that form a very strong bond to the vehicles surface so you are sure it will not wash away like other glazes. The polymers also allow Wet Glaze 2.0 to do something that you can't even think about doing with other glazes, they allow it to be topped with a wax or sealant without any bonding or application issues! That means no streaky mess when trying to wax or seal on top of this glaze!

Top Wet Glaze 2.0 with your favorite wax or sealant for added protection and appearance...OR you can even use Wet Glaze 2.0 on top of your favorite wax or sealant for added durability and appearance to them as well. Wet Glaze 2.0 does not contain cleaners so it will not remove your wax or sealant, and if that isn't enough, Wet Glaze 2.0 can be used as a topper with a ceramic coating! Wet Glaze 2.0 cures instantly and is very easy to remove. You won't believe how wet your vehicle looks after an application of Wet Glaze!

Car show tip - Apply Wet Glaze 2.0 on top of your favorite wax, sealant, or ceramic coating for added depth, gloss, and wetness.

16oz  Made In The U.S.A.

Wet Glaze 2.0 works very well with all acrylic and non acrylic sealants. It also works well with traditional carnauba waxes and hybrids. Wet Glaze 2.0 can be applied in any order you wish!

Traditional Glaze Use

When used as a traditional paint glaze, you should apply after all polishing has been done and before any wax or sealant is applied. Applying a wax or sealant on top of Wet Glaze 2.0 will *lock it in* so it will last as long as the protection layer you have on top of it.

Wet Glaze 2.0 as a Top Coat

Wet Glaze 2.0 is not recommended as a final top layer of dedicated paint protection. Use Wet Glaze before a show or cruise night for that extra layer of gloss and dripping wet reflections.

Wet Glaze 2.0 can be layered on itself with excellent results. However, like any product, you will reach a point of diminishing return after several layers. Two applications are optimal to ensure even coverage. A third application is just for fun.

Wet Glaze 2.0 with Ceramic Coatings

When used with an applicator applied (glass bottle) ceramic or graphene coating, it best used as a top layer, to alter vehicle appearance, or to fill minor marring or swirls in the coating itself.

Applying anything on top of a ceramic coating will effect the characteristics of the coating. Allow your coating to fully cure according to the manufacturers instructions.

Wet Glaze 2.0 testing has shown no negative effects with spray type ceramic boosters, detailers, washes, and other products sold as maintenance products to an applicator applied coating.

Wet Glaze can be layered in any combination, but we do recommend letting your other products cure according to the manufactures recommendation before applying Wet Glaze 2.0 on top.

As a topper, Wet Glaze 2.0 can last up to 30 days with weekly washings. Climate and washing habits will effect longevity.

Shake well. Can be applied by hand or machine. Simply apply 2 dime size drops to a foam or microfiber hand applicator or 2 nickel size drops to a soft foam machine pad. Work the product evenly spreading a thin layer until it seems to melt into the paint. Wet Glaze can be removed instantly. Remove Wet Glaze with the Purple Shag Edgeless Microfiber.

What is a glaze used for?

A glaze such as Wet Glaze 2.0 is commonly used for appearance purposes. While most glazes do fill or hide swirls in paint, the main job of a glaze is to boost the gloss and give a quick just detailed look, more so than a quick detailer or spray wax. When used after all imperfections are removed Wet Glaze 2.0 will add additional gloss. When used as a gloss booster it will add gloss and mask minor imperfections.

Will Wet Glaze 2.0 hide major swirls?

Wet Glaze 2.0 will hide or *fill* minor imperfections by hand. Using a soft foam pad and dual action polisher will hide more swirls and blemishes due to the high-speed random orbital action of the machine which your hand cannot duplicate. We do not recommend hiding swirls but in cases where paint is thin, and the use of abrasive products are not an option, Wet Glaze 2.0 can help give a polished wet look without being abrasive. This makes it a great maintenance alternative.

Should I apply by hand or machine?

Hand Application - We recommend at least 2 moderately thin coats to ensure even coverage. One thick application will still remove easy.

Machine Application - We recommend a soft finishing/waxing pad at speed setting 3 - 4 with an orbital polisher. The goal is to simply spread the product evenly across the paint surface with light pressure.

How is Wet Glaze 2.0 different than oil based and other Glazes?

Wet Glaze 2.0 is much different than the more traditional oil-based glazes mainly due to the polymers used, plus the look is different. Most oil-based glazes offer instant shine and filling but are short lived and cannot be layered or play nice with sealants in the same ways that Wet Glaze 2.0 can. Like oil-based glazes, Wet Glaze 2.0 can be used as a topper for added wetness. We do believe that oil-based glazes have a place in the detailing industry but that is mostly for rehydrating single stage paint.

While there are other polymer glazes out there, they are not the same due to the *monomers* that create the *polymer* in the product. While formulating Wet Glaze 2.0 we had to start with the base of the original formula and build from there. The layering ability has always been the most unique aspect of Wet Glaze and Wet Glaze 2.0

In addition to the layering ability of Wet Glaze 2.0, the gloss and wet look it delivers are why it's been hailed on the forums as "the best glaze ever created" or called a "unicorn" detailing product. You will not find another glaze like it.

How else can wet Glaze 2.0 be used?

Wet Glaze 2.0 can be used on

  • Exterior Glass
  • Chrome Surfaces
  • Automotive Wheels
  • Carbon Fiber Panels/Trim
  • Most hard interior/exterior surfaces

Will there be another version of Wet Glaze in the future?
